We have dealt with several hot tub stores in the past but this one is now our go to store for all our hot tub needs. If you are in need of a hot tub or hot tub supplies this is the store to visit for they have a variety of tubs and accessories. We just bought a new hot tub from them last year and it was truly an enjoyable event. We dealt with Sarah, who is the nicest person you would ever want to meet, and she knows her hot tubs.

5 Stars for The Hot Tub Store. I was impressed with their communication through mail, email and phone so that we knew what to prepare, know and expect with our new hot tub. Store employees and install crew were thorough and instilled confidence in our purchase. Once installed, their training technician patiently went through all instructions on how to maintain the hot tub (especially taking into consideration that it would be used by renters) and repeatedly encouraged me to call the store anytime with any questions and warranty issues. I haven't needed to so far but am confident that when I do I'll be met with ample support and answers.
