Hot Tub Service Requests


Before your new hot tub or spa is delivered we offer a complimentary site inspection to help determine the best location and orientation so that you can enjoy the perfect spot for relaxation. We also verify that you have the proper support, electrical supply and access. All concerns are addressed prior to delivery day. This also allows us to deliver and install your hot tub without the need for you to take a day off work. When you arrive home, the entire job is complete and you’re ready to jump in! We will then arrange to meet at a convenient time to show you all the features and the proper care so your hot tub will bring you years of worry-free fun and enjoyment !


To maintain proper water care in your hot tub you may want to have your water tested and adjusted at regular intervals. Simply bring in a sample of your water and we will use the industry’s most accurate testing equipment to quickly analyze it. You will have the printed results, and our staff can explain how to properly treat your water.


We understand that you are busy and it is not always easy to come into the store, so we offer an auto ship home delivery service. The supplies you need will be shipped to your doorstep. Call us at 301-387-7181 to sign up for this program and receive free shipping.


Our Exclusive Spa Valet service is available in areas surrounding Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. Our trained, certified professionals can perform a complete drain and refill of your hot tub, adjust the water balance, and chemically clean your filters. If you are leaving for the winter months we can winterize your hot tub so you will not have to think about it during months of non-use. We will return in the spring and refill the spa, adjust the chemicals, and clean and condition your hot tub’s cover for the season. Just call us at 301-387-7181 to schedule this service.


Please call us prior to your spa’s warranty expiration, and we will arrange for our factory-trained technicians to come out to your home and check that everything is working property. We can complete any repairs needed while your spa is still under warranty.

HOT TUB INSPECTIONS (for a hot tub staying with the property)

Are you buying a home with an existing hot tub or moving and leaving your hot tub? If your hot tub is under warranty we will do a pre-warranty checkup. If the warranty has expired, our service technicians can complete an Inspection and Certification. We will identify any parts that may need attention, give you a quote on repairs if needed, and with your approval we will complete the repairs at our regular service rates.


We carry covers for Hot Spring, Limelight, Tiger River, Hot Spot, and Oasis spas that we have sold over the years. We can also order covers for all other hot tub brands. If you know the brand, model and year of your Jacuzzi, Caldera, Sundance or Dimension One or any other major brand hot tub, we can order based on this information.
